Greenhead by-election result

BNP pushed back in Huddersfield
The BNP's bid to improve its position in Greenhead ward, Kirklees, has failed, seeing a drop in vote from 6.7% to 3.2% since May.

Result:

Conservative	287
Green	240
Respect	178
British National Party	148
Total votes	4,571
Turnout	35%
